Candidates must currently reside in/near White Plains and feel comfortable with a daily commute to this location.Description: The Director of Business Development and General Manager will lead business development initiatives on behalf of Always Compassionate Health and oversee the day-to-day operations of our White Plains office. The role involves developing relationships with referral sources, initiating contact and creating a rapport with potential clients, providing education and support to clients/potential referral sources around the benefits of engaging in home and community-based services, and creating a pipeline and steady stream of referrals. This role is critical for expanding the reach of Always Compassionate Health's home care services and ensuring that individuals in need are aware of and can access these services.Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a strategic vision for business development and partnerships.
  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote home care services.
  • Analyze market trends and identify target demographics to tailor marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other potential referral sources.
  • Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and networking functions to raise awareness about home care services.
  • Develop and oversee initiatives to generate leads and convert them into clients.
  • Oversee daily operations of White Plains office site.
  • Provide training and supervision to office staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to effectively promote home care services.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and outreach efforts. Prepare and present reports on marketing performance to senior management.
  • Ensure all marketing and outreach activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is typically required; a master's degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of home care marketing principles and strategies.
  • Knowledge of regulations associated with a Licensed Home Care Services Ageny
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with community partners and referral sources
  • Networking skills to expand the organization's reach and influence
  • Ability to analyze market trends, campaign performance, and other data to inform decision-making Understanding of the home care industry, including services offered, regulations, and market challenges
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and practices
  • Several years of experience in marketing, particularly within the healthcare sector, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and outreach initiatives
