Job Description They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development & Client Accounts, Experiential Programs to join their team. This role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with US clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the advertising and marketing industry, with a deep understanding of experiential marketing and integrated branding. This role will report to the company President. NOTE: The ideal prospect for this remote opportunity should sit in the following geographies with periodic travel to client sites, HQ and events:

- Washington, DC
Key Responsibilities:Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with private and public sector clients.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
Proposal Development:
- Lead the development of compelling and persuasive proposals, including creative briefs, presentations, and financial proposals.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop innovative and impactful proposals.
Job Requirements: Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
- 7-10+ years of experience in business development or account management at an advertising or marketing agency.
- Proven track record of success in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the international advertising and marketing landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant CRM software.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically throughout the US to events, client sites and HQ.
