Our angel investors include world-class healthcare founders from Oscar, Rightway Health, Headway, Spring Health, and Alto Pharmacy, as well as soccer star Alex Morgan and the founders from Olipop and Notion.Learn more about us in TechCrunch here and read about our recent Series A here.About the RoleAs our founding Director of Business Development (Health Systems Partnerships) you'll report to our Cofounder & COO and play a pivotal role in driving our mission to improve health outcomes through better nutrition. You'll collaborate closely with health system partners to identify their specific nutrition care needs and provide solutions that drive success. You will build out our partnership strategy for lead identification, develop relationships with executive-level sponsors, manage the closing of complex, enterprise partnerships, and drive contract negotiations for large strategic deals in an effort to drive patient referrals and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with enterprise-level health systems and large provider groups.
- Identify and understand the business needs of health system partners, providing customized solutions to meet their objectives.
- Effectively navigate large, complex organizations and build relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Research strategic priorities, map the organizational structures and plan how to win over the various stakeholders of prospective accounts
- Continuously iterate on the Nourish pitch and tailor our messaging to maximize our impact in each sales meeting
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure long-term partnerships and deliver value to health system clients
- Build repeatable processes and scalable systems to support enterprise partnership growth and expansion.
- Serve as a key point of contact for health system partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement
- Regularly travel to meet with partners, attend industry events, and represent Nourish at external meetings

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 7+ years of experience in health system/provider sales, BD or partnerships
- Experience driving strategic initiatives or sales across national health systems and comfort with complex healthcare financial models
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment founded on trust, autonomy and direct communication & feedback
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Executive presence and ability to communicate effectively to senior leaders orally and in writing
- Demonstrated leadership ability and love of owning of problems end-to-end
- Willingness to travel as needed
