Qualifications

On an Average Day You Will:

(Includes, but not limited to)

* Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with organizational goals.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources.

* Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

* Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to ensure alignment with patient care standards and promotional strategies.

* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and refine strategies.

* All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field required.

* 7-10 years of business development, sales, or marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare or hospice industry.

* Strong understanding of the hospice industry, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, leadership abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and data analytics tools.

* Passionate about hospice care, highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
