What You'll Do
* Develop office activities and initiatives relating to improving the office's strategic marketing orientation and market leadership
* Lead and mentor the operations and staff of the office's marketing department
* Further develop and diversify market opportunities consistent with strategic initiatives by performing marketplace research and analyses
* Develop and lead BD plan
* Develop client relationships
* You will be expected to work in a team environment to implement business development strategies that will increase growth and success
* Media relations and corporate communications, marketing support, and tools for ECS's business developers and support staff
* Update and improve brochures
* Develop a plan and strategy for re-building and improving various marketing tactics
* Implement innovative processes and creative solutions for better business practices
What We're Looking For
* BS in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field - MBA/MKT preferred
* 10+ years of Business Development and/or Marketing experience - highly preferable if in the Geotechnical, Environmental Engineering , Materials Testing or Facilities markets
