This created an opportunity to continue to provide a value proposition to our segments through the use of centralized experts and consolidated activities. We have consistently redefined our offerings and how we can optimize the value by directing our resources to those key areas while still supporting M&A activity.As we continue to drive to the next level in LSC, we are in search of a Business Development Associate who can effectively help implement and drive our set of offerings to other Atlas Holdings entities while ensuring the uninterrupted delivery of our current service offerings to our existing segments. This individual will collaborate closely with functional leaders to oversee growth initiatives while providing oversight to the executive leadership team, timelines, and cost structure.The Business Development Associate will be focused on overseeing the development of service offerings by LSC to Atlas Holdings entities by partnering with our executive leadership team. This will be a dynamic role with evolving responsibilities, including, but not limited to, the following:Defining, planning, and executing the expanding client opportunities:Manage potential opportunities with the broader Atlas portfolio of companies to oversee/collaborate on:Support the sales strategy to develop the approach with potential clients.Manage the timeline inclusive of tracking key deliverables, including managing the scheduling of new engagements.Collaborate with LSC cross-functional teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and minimize risk to bandwidth.Assess risks and make strategic decisions to maximize value and minimize potential drawbacks.Ensure new areas of expansion align with long-term organizational goals.Invoicing and revenue tracking/reporting.Assist in establishing pricing strategy, processes, tools/systems to drive better, data-supported pricing decision-making & understand volume/margin impacts.Ensure overall project management by overseeing the pipeline of potential workflows and ensuring the build of the pipeline aligns with current and future scope timelines.Ensure active engagements with segments are maintained and not jeopardized by additional workflows/engagements.Play a lead role in developing, executing, and refining CoE service offerings for presentation to internal and external stakeholders.Develop internal & external communications, marketing materials, and presentations with relevant stakeholders.Engage with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and the Board of Directors, to clearly articulate and implement new strategic initiatives.Key Capabilities:Action Oriented: Able to seek a proactive approach to getting things done and driving results.
