Position: Director of Business Development

We're seeking an energetic and results driven Director of Business Development. Our client, a Franchise Home Care Agency, provides CHHA home care services to San Antonio, TX and the surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate has a proven record of growth within B2B and B2C healthcare sales.

Responsibilities Include:

-Creation and execution of marketing plan

-Referral Account Management

-New Business Development

-Deep understanding and ability to influence target audience ie. Referral sources, referral partners, patients, adult children, etc.

-Deep understanding of funding sources ie, private pay, VA, Long Term Care, Etc.

-Sales Pipeline Management

-Value creation/Consultative Selling/Closing

-Patient & Home Safety Assessments

-Contract Signings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through the generation of leads
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Has been a Director of Business Development in the Healthcare industry - Preferably in Homecare
