Camden Catholic High School Director of Business Operations and Budget ManagementOverview The Director of Business Operations and Budget Management directs the day-to-day processes and communication involved with budget management, procurement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. The Director of Business Operations and Budget Management reports to the President. Qualifications Strong commitment to Catholic EducationBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, Master's degree preferredExcellent skills of communication, problem-solving, time management, and organizationExcellent technological skills and the ability to quickly become proficient in different computer programsThree to five years of experience in a related field ResponsibilitiesSchool Operations: Collaborates with the Bookkeeper to ensure all processes and general ledger posting procedures for accounts payable and accounts receivable are completed promptlyDocuments all receipts and deposits of cashSupervises the Bookkeeper to ensure thorough communication, follow up, and documentation in the collection of past-due receivable accountsServes as a member of the Financial Awards Committee with responsibilities for recording the allocation of tuition assistance and scholarships on both a student and aggregate basisSupervises the Bookkeeper in the preparation of student billing through the FACTS systemCoordinates with all parties involved in insurance claimsServes as the primary liaison between the school and the Diocese of Camden on all matters related to employee benefitsManages procurement request process from department and office heads with the assistance of the Bookkeeper and under the supervision of the PresidentManages procurement process with the assistance of the BookkeeperOther duties as assigned based on the needs of the school at the discretion of the administration School Budget: Develops the yearly school budget in collaboration with the Board of Trustees, President, and Diocese of CamdenManages all accounts identified in the annual budget in partnership with the department and office heads Payroll: Prepares the bi-monthly payroll and submits a draft of the payroll to the President for review and approvalExecutes all payroll-related bank transfers upon approval of the bi-monthly payroll by the President General: Participates in professional development, training, and committees as assigned by the administrationOther duties as assigned based on the needs of the school at the discretion of the administration All interested candidates should submit a cover letter, resume, and list of three references with contact information to: jobs@ #J-18808-Ljbffr
