ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
1.1 Developing and communicating revenue targets to management, and individual sales goals to the sales team
1.2 Giving detailed presentations on proposals and analyzing their effects upon implementation
1.3 Creating good rapport with customers to develop and maintain trustworthiness
1.4 Motivating and inspiring employees to meet sales targets that match the company's goals
1.5 Training and orienting new hires
1.6 Establishing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets to act as a guideline that enables measurement of individual and group performance
1.7 Developing and implementing strategic plans for actualizing sales targets
1.8 Providing regular detailed sales reports
1.9 Developing strategies for products and services to meet targets
1.10 Establishing sales objectives by analyzing markets and projecting sales volumes
1.11 Maintaining sales volume by tracking key performance indicators such as economic indicators
1.12 Maintaining healthy relationships with new and existing clients, and building a strong customer base
1.13 Keeping up-to-date with developments, trends, and advancements related to sales and marketing
1.14 Attending conferences and training managers and other representatives
1.15 Ability to travel up to 50%, occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed for special assignments
1.16 Ability to outline a clear direction for teams and understand the interdependencies across the company to deliver on strategic priorities.
1.17 Enforces and Adheres to the Food Safety and Quality Program(s) as well as following GMPs with the focus on delivering safe quality foods to our customers.
1.18 Other duties may be assigned.
2.0 EXPERIENCE
2.1 Experience managing a $1+ million budget
2.2 Demonstrated success managing teams and key retailers at all levels.
3.0 LANGUAGE SKILLS
3.1 Superb verbal and written communication skills.
3.2 Ability to read and interpret documents such as federal and state laws, legal documents, safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.
3.3 Strong ability to communicate with others with written and verbal communication.
4.0 MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
4.1 Ability to perform advanced calculations and formulas.
5.0 REASONING ABILITY
5.1 Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
