Are you ready to join an organization that will help unlock your potential?Job SummaryReporting to the Assistant Treasurer, the Director of Capital Markets and Funding will support Equitable's (EQH) debt and equity capital markets activities and contingent liquidity facilities, in addition to the insurance subsidiaries spread lending portfolio – including the FHLB, FABN and securities lending programs. This role is highly visible and instrumental in maintaining EQH's financial flexibility and improving the risk-adjusted earnings ability of the underlying insurance businesses.Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Develop and execute solutions to optimize the company's capital structure and contingent liquidity facilitiesConduct debt/equity capital raising projects (senior, hybrid, preferred, equity issuance), evaluating market opportunities and taking into consideration investors' expectations, peer practices, rating agency treatment and balance sheet impactGrow and optimize the Company's spread lending program – including FHLB, FABN, repo and securities lendingRecommend and implement capital return strategies, including dividend and share buybacksHelp manage relationships with 20 US and global banksCoach and develop junior members of the Capital Markets teamIn office schedule: This role will be working in office 2-3 days per weekThe base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities.
