We are currently seeking an exceptional Director of Posada Life to join our dedicated team.Position Overview:As the Director of Posada Life, you will lead a team of RN Navigators, Caregivers, and Social Service staff to enhance well-being and health management of campus residents and adult day services participants. Your will collaborate with these teams on assessments, planning, facilitation, and advocacy to meet each individual's comprehensive health needs. You will play a key role in program development, performance improvement, and coordinating residents' progress, ensuring that all efforts align with La Posada's strategic goals. Recommends and is a team leader for campus resident wellness initiative, and assists in development and implementation of resident/community wellness and education program.Campus liaison with contracted health plans as advocate for campus residents and to ensure appropriate and best use of resources.Assists residents in the safe transitioning to the next most appropriate level of care.Supports the V P of health Services and COO in maintaining specific, measurable, attainable big picture goals. Reviews at least annually during planning and budgeting process, assisting with and creating, monitoring, and maintaining integrity of department budgets.Responsible to assist in recruitment, training, developing, managing, and evaluating department staff.Monitors resident satisfaction on a continual basis. Works with team to address specific dissatisfaction promptly.Investigates and recommends new developments in caring for the elderly.With respect for the dignity of each resident, coordinates the appropriate placement in the continuum, recognizing that sometimes safety considerations must take precedence.Participates in and /or completes off campus assessments for prospective residents.For any licensed activity being supervised, maintains awareness of and compliance with all regulatory and licensure requirements; maintains good working relationship with inspecting and regulating entities.Assists in recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of RN Navigators and care staffMaintains administrative records, quality management activities, personnel records and policies and procedures.Serves as an internal resource and consultant to management, and staff about home services for Posada Life at Home program.Maintains and updates policies and procedure manuals for department.Skills and AbilitiesEducation: Bachelor, Diploma, or Associate Degree in Nursing from accredited institution or is an advanced degree nurse practitioner.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with 2 years of administrative, supervisory, or charge nurse experience including 2 years of home health or assisted living or nursing home experience.Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy.Certifications & Licenses: Registered Nurse with a current license in Arizona.Other Requirements: Must be familiar with Private Duty guidelines for Home Health.If you are ready to make a meaningful impact and be part of a team that values quality relationships, excellence in service and integrity, we would love to hear from you!*We strongly value diversity and believe in fostering an inclusive work environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and supported.
