Your Impact & Contributions:
- Lead strategic initiatives to optimize length of stay and care transitions, directly improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency
- Drive implementation of best practices in clinical resource management and discharge planning across a 143-bed acute care facility
- Build and mentor high-performing care coordination teams that excel in patient advocacy and clinical excellence
- Develop innovative solutions for complex care management challenges while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Partner with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery models and patient satisfaction
- Spearhead quality improvement initiatives that advance patient care and operational excellence
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Clinical expertise as an RN with deep understanding of case management and utilization review
- Track record of leadership in healthcare, with proven ability to drive positive change
- Strong foundation in regulatory requirements and quality metrics
- Experience with clinical resource management and length of stay optimization
- Expertise in building collaborative relationships with medical staff and community partners
- Passion for patient advocacy and excellence in healthcare delivery
- Current RN license in North Carolina (or compact state eligibility)
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's or Master's preferred)
- BLS Certification
- Commitment to obtain CCM Certification within first year
