Summary: This position will be responsible for developing and supporting initiatives that aggressively drive incremental sales for all ACG BBQ (a franchisee of Sonny's Franchise Company) restaurants. The primary avenue of sales growth will be through Catering & Large Group Sales, but this position will also be responsible for developing and supporting other sales opportunities.
The Director of Catering & Group Sales is a leader. He/she will oversee the Local Store Marketing Managers while directly driving sales within all markets. Responsibilities also include administrative analysis and reporting associated with sales revenue results and opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build sales throughout the company by developing, instituting, and supporting specific initiatives of the Catering & Group Sales Dept.
- Lead all tech, equipment, and programs associated with Catering & Group Sales.
- Review data/results related to each market, analyze, then report regularly to operations team with strategic guidance.
- Assist in developing and revising target goals, policies, systems, and procedures.
- Develop new avenues of sales growth for off-premise operations and non-traditional concepts for operations.
- Support training team with the creation of materials and operations tools for off premise sales building.
- Responsible for training LSM managers and restaurant managers in building long-term catering and group sales relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven successful outside sales experience in a restaurant environment, ideally having experience building a catering sales program at another multi-unit, chain restaurant company.
- Bachelors degree in business or a degree with transferable skills and experience, or a minimum of 7 years equivalent work experience with transferable skills.
- Proven successful operations experience in a restaurant, ideally in a multi-unit chain restaurant company.
- Experience in successfully leading a team of 5 or more salespeople.

Schedule Requirements:
