We have over 222 employees worldwide.As part of our growth, we are looking for a Director of Channel Operations who will play an instrumental role in supporting the Exclaimer Channel team. The DCO will focus on all channel operations activities including implementing processes, improving data quality, and managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing channel processes for the channel team
  • Researching and analyzing data to facilitate where the channel team focuses
  • Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals
  • Identifying channel opportunities by analyzing sales data and customer trends
  • Creating and managing automation tools to increase process efficiency
  • Managing PRM and CRM tools to maximize opportunities and partner relationshipsSkills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • Minimum 8 years of sales, channel, or financial operations experience
    • Extensive experience using Salesforce
    • Experience using and implementing PRM tools like PartnerPath
    • Progressive and demonstrated relevant experience with all facets of sales/channel operations
    • Ability to work collaboratively and foster strong cross-functional partnerships
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
    • Ability to delegate initiatives and drive results through team performance
    • Proven and relevant management experience in a fast-paced Sales/Channel Operations organization
    • Demonstrated management skill and ability to oversee a team
    • Possess exemplary interpersonal skills including influencing, negotiations, and teamwork
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
