Job Description

Your contribution

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Channel Sales to lead our North American sales team in driving revenue growth in Thermal Imaging, Acoustic Imaging, Test & Measurement, and Workflow Software across various industries.

  • Collaboratively grow our Industrial & Electrical Distribution business in North America.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive individual and team success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and other departments to ensure effective execution of channel sales initiatives and programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance channel partner satisfaction, streamline processes, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to anticipate market changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Expectation of travel within North America up to 60%.
  • To be ready to take on this role, we would love it if you have:

  • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in building, motivating, and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Significant experience in sales in Industrial Distribution and Channel sales management.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
