Director of Civil Construction gpac is partnered with a leading construction firm specializing in high-quality civil construction. They are seeking an experienced Director of Construction to oversee and manage our site work operations, with a focus on horizontal construction for residential developments, commercial projects, and multifamily projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of civil construction, experienced with earthwork, wet/dry utilities, and more Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers. Oversee project execution from planning through completion. Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team. Resolve project issues and ensure timely completion of projects. Manage resources efficiently to meet project goals. Oversee horizontal construction for residential, commercial, and multifamily projects. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Proven track record of managing large-scale site work projects. Extensive experience in horizontal construction for residential developments, commercial, and multifamily projects. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
