Client Experience ManagerAt CIA we believe that investments are the ‘what' and Purpose is the ‘why' of what we do. To further this notion, we are actively looking for a forward-thinking and passionate Client Experience Manager to help evolve the CIA Client journey by positioning Purpose at the forefront. Reporting to the Head of Innovation, the Client Experience Manager will identify and execute strategies that broaden our value proposition and foster more meaningful, longer-lasting Client relationships.The ideal Client Experience Manager understands the competitiveness of the Financial Planning landscape, what factors drive decision making for our target demographic, and can use that data to create innovative approaches to client segmentation and service. With a team-oriented approach, the Client Experience Manager will play a critical role in the growth and success of our organization.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Leadership and key stakeholders to build a framework and execution plan for Purpose messaging.
  • Identify opportunities for client segmentation to further customize messaging and service delivery.
  • Build tools and resource materials that empower client-facing teams to deliver Purpose messaging with confidence.
  • Manage the Integrated Partners Program, a group of carefully vetted partner firms offering diversified financial and lifestyle services to CIA clients.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Team to reinforce Purpose in all internal and external materials.
  • Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, preferably within Financial Services.
  • Behavioral Strategy experience a plus.
  • CX experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University.
  • Exposure to a variety of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Well versed in change management principles.
  • Skilled at data visualization.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
