Location: Minneapolis, MN (open to surrounding cities in MN, WI, OR IA) FLSA Status: Exempt Job Status: Full Time Work Model: Hybrid Work Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional evenings and/or weekends Vehicle Required: No Amount of Travel Required: 10%-20%, Occasional domestic travel Positions Supervised: Care Team Managers, Training Manager, Innovation Manager Reports To: VP of Operations Reema Health provides integrated behavioral health services combined with social needs navigation to deliver comprehensive whole-person care to the most vulnerable people in our community. The Director of Clinical Operations is responsible to bridge the business and care delivery through oversight and execution of Reema's Care Team program. They oversee and support high-performing Care Teams across multiple markets, ensuring these teams are set up for success as Reema grows. They will lead the hiring of knowledgeable and diverse teams, design efficient workflows, and ensure the highest care standards to the members we serve. This position is also responsible for ensuring operations status and reporting is supplied to key partners including the VP of Operations, Care Team members, Product, Growth, and others. How You Will Add Value:
  • Manage the development and implementation of care standards for all team members
  • Collaborate with product, finance, and growth teams to design and measure service delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure efficient care processes that reduce costs, improve outcomes, and improve the members experience
  • Oversee the review, investigation and response to member complaints.
  • Function as a liaison between HQ and Reema's care delivery
  • Champion continuous process improvement and building rigorous process infrastructure in order to provide more value and quality for our members
  • Monitor and report on business performance by analyzing market metrics and evaluating team performance on an ongoing and ad hoc basis
  • Recruit and retain mission-driven leaders and diverse teams.
  • Support Care Team Managers in leading a remote, community-based team.
  • Deal constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes
  • Adapt to changes quickly and with an open mind to meet challenges - from managing a predominantly remote workforce to finding the best ways to meet Reema's goals
  • Translate and communicate change management strategies including importance, purpose, and practice as the organization grows Education, Experience and Skills:
    • Licensed Mental Health Provider
    • 5+ years of multi-site operational leadership experience in a healthcare-focused business (preferably leading community-based teams or operations)
    • Direct community experience working with Medicaid or Medicare members, and a deep understanding of the healthcare access barriers and struggles of diverse, underserved communities.
    • Ability to travel to local markets to help establish new Care Teams and support existing teams.
    • Proven success in creating and applying strategies that improve customer satisfaction, service quality, and care delivery.
    • Understanding of key finance and operations metrics, including staff turnover and poor performance.
    • Experience in an early-stage or growth company.
