$85,000-$130,000/annually, based on years of experience

Insight Global is hiring for a Director of Clinical Quality to support our client's hospital facility in the Birmingham area. This individual is responsible for the operations of the Quality Department, including Case Management, and Infection Prevention. This person ensures that all aspects of quality within the organization are designed, implemented and evaluated at least annually.

Requirements:

EDUCATION: BSN required, MS preferred

EXPERIENCE: Nursing, and Quality leadership

LICENSES: Valid, unencumbered AL Registered Nurse License

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for directing and coordinating regulatory and accreditation functions, ensuring appropriate preparation, for agencies such as The Joint Commission (TJC), Alabama Hospital Association, and/or the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and to formulate responses to accreditation findings and inquiries.
• Supports all departments through a variety of quality education, CMS or payor standards interpretation and care implementation.
• Facilitates Patient Satisfaction/Experience and Risk teams as needed.
• Encourages and develops a quality focused environment throughout the organization.
• Supervises Case Managers, Infection Prevention, and Quality Secretary
