  • Design, implement, and oversee clinical policies that align with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to managers, supervisors, and caregivers.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine clinical practices to enhance outcomes.
Resident Care Oversight
  • Assess resident referrals to determine individual needs and appropriate placement.
  • Oversee personalized care plans that honor each resident's preferences and clinical requirements.
  • Conduct regular health assessments and adapt care plans to ensure optimal well-being.
Regulatory Compliance
  • Lead compliance efforts with local, state, and federal regulations governing clinical care.
  • Manage inspections, audits, and surveys, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes to maintain compliance and uphold care standards.
Quality Assurance and Improvement
  • Develop and execute quality assurance programs to elevate care standards.
  • Conduct audits and investigations, driving process enhancements.
  • Implement initiatives that boost resident safety, care quality, and satisfaction.
Staff Management and Development
  • Recruit, train, and lead Resident Care Managers and Caregiver Retention Specialists.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
  • Manage staffing levels to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.
Family and Resident Relations
  • Act as a trusted liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Handle concerns professionalism and compassion.
  • Create a welcoming environment that prioritizes dignity and respect for residents and their families.
Administrative Duties
  • Oversee clinical budgets and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and community operations.
What it takes Associates degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required. Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field, preferred. Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Michigan required. Minimum of five (5) years' experience in clinical management or similar role, with at least three (3) years in an assisted living or senior care community. Working knowledge and proficiency of electronic medical records, Point Click Care software preferred Position will require on-call support with weekend coverage on a rotating basis. Position requires the ability to lift and move objects, weighing up to 35 pounds without assistance.Why Brio Living Services?
