Overview Continuing Our Growth and Expanding Services - We're Hiring for a Sr. Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) for our brand-new Kingwood Treatment Center opening in Houston, TX - COMING SOON! Purpose: The Senior Director of Clinical Services is responsible for managing client care and supervising BCBAs to ensure the highest quality of services for all clients at the location you are hired. This role involves overseeing individual caseloads, ensuring client progress toward goals, optimizing provider skills, and meeting all payer requirements. Key responsibilities include managing your own caseload, ensuring that RBTs are properly trained and implementing treatment plans accurately, and fulfilling all administrative components required for effective service delivery. Compensation & Incentives: Competitive Salary: $82,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience. Generous Bonuses: Earn between $6K - $18K a year, calculated monthly and paid quarterly. Relocation Assistance: up to $10K in relocation assistance, if you meet qualifications. Qualifications: Required: Master's or Doctorate level degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field. Required: Licensed professional as per state guidelines (if applicable). Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines Desired Skills & Traits: Experience with center-based, early intervention, evidence based therapy Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education Working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders Case management, behavioral therapy, verbal behaviors, behavior modifications Data collection, Interventions, Case management, Data Analysis At Behavioral Innovations, we're more than just a company; we're a family.
