One of sixty-two Jesuit high schools spanning the United States, Regis High School is located in Manhattan. Opened in 1914 through the generosity of Julia Grant and her family, the legacy of this founding family was to provide Catholic education for young men at no cost.
Today, Regis remains the only tuition-free private school in the country and attracts continued support from its alumni and parents. The tuition-free policy ensures a student body of uncommon talent from a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds.

The PositionThe Director of College Counseling will have an impressive record of success in preparing students to navigate the selective college admission process. The Director will lead an experienced team of professionals who work with students and their families to identify colleges which are both aspirational and realistic in today's competitive college admission climate. The Director will ensure that college counseling at Regis remains grounded in cura personalis, personalized care for each student as he strives to fulfill his potential in college and in life.

Compensation & BenefitsThe Director of College Counseling is a 12-month, full-time staff position. The director reports to the Principal. Salary range is $150,000 – $200,000 commensurate with years of experience. Most benefits go into effect immediately. Participation in the 403 (b) occurs after one year of employment.
Other ExpectationsA willingness to work at times outside the normal school day and school year, including weekend events and summer immersions. The school expects one to conduct oneself at all times in a manner which shall not bring reproach upon oneself or the school.
