- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years in commercial property management.
- 3+ years in customer-facing industries.
- Proven ability to manage large property portfolios and budgets.
- Strong understanding of leasing, building systems, and regulations.
Nice to Haves:
- Bachelor's in Real Estate or Property Management.
- Paralegal or legal experience with contracts.
- 3+ years managing multi-state/nationwide properties.
- Leadership experience in capital projects and renovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily property operations: safety, security, maintenance, and marketing for sale.
- Ensure contractual property management obligations are met.
- Develop and manage annual property inspections and budgets.
- Analyze financials, operating variances, and ROI for purchase/sale decisions.
- Administer leases, vacancy reports, and client compliance.
- Coordinate with accounting for revenue collection and maintenance approvals.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage client relations.
- Oversee aviation asset tracking and maintenance.
