As Director of Community, youll:Develop systems and structures to effectively organize and segment our community. This includes overseeing our transition to a best-in-class CRM platform that lets us effectively segment, engage and ultimately grow our audience.Analyze our community, spotting gaps and areas for growth, then create a strategic recruitment plan to ensure we continue to be home to the worlds most diverse, intersectional, inclusive panel of community voices.Create and meet specific recruitment targets, and grow our community overall.Develop and execute on a communications and engagement calendar that brings community leaders into our events and activations, inspires our community to go deeper with us and allows for growth.Train our team on how to source voices, leaders and potential partners from our community, and best practices for inputting new partners and voices on an ongoing basis.Identify opportunities to refine, enhance or improve our core products to better serve and grow our influencers community.
