Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP) preferred.

* Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in compensation management, with a strong background in project leadership and change management. Experience in higher education environment a plus.

* Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably Workday, and a deep understanding of compensation modules and data integration.

* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

* Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
