We are seeking a Director of Construction in Akron, OHJob Duties:- Oversees Project Mangers and Projects from start to finish- Coordinates and controls the management of ground-up and build out / renovation commercial construction projects- Provide leadership, coordination, and administrative support to the project management team and oversight to ground-up commercial construction projects ranging from 100K to 7M- Estimating, budgeting and forecasting to ensure projects are financially viable- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure high performanceJob RequirementsJob Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field- Minimum 7-10 years' experience as a Project Manager or Senior PM- Communicate effectively with management, including project teams, senior management, and owners- Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards- Strong understanding of construction processes, technical construction aspects and codes- Previous experience with project management software- Lead a team to effectively complete various projects in Eastern Ohio
