This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership, technical expertise, and effective management of construction and commissioning teams across multiple projects in the Americas. You will be responsible for working with the design and planning team to establish the overall design and construction plan of projects. You will then hand over the execution of said plan to the Project Managers and Superintendents for the specific project. This role is based out of Houston, TX. Projects will be located throughout North and South America. You will be required to go onsite from time to time. Travel is between 25-50% dependent on the number of projects and your ability to lead and influence remotely. The team is heavily into the development phase of new projects that will total $4-5 billion in scope.This is a strategic role that must be comfortable briefing up the chain of command. You must be able to plan out the staffing of team members along with subcontractors.This is a high-visibility role inside an international company that operates in over 80 countries.
