* Lead and manage the construction process for multiple luxury hospitality and resort projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.

* Oversee all pre-construction activities, including planning, budgeting, bidding, and scheduling.

* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

* Ensure that all construction activities adhere to design specifications, quality standards, and luxury brand requirements.

* Monitor and control construction budgets, change orders, and cost forecasts to ensure financial objectives are met.

* Manage relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure optimal project execution.

* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality control.

* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements across all construction projects.

* Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovation.

* Collaborate with design teams to ensure that the aesthetic and functional aspects of the project are achieved.

* Report regularly to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and any necessary changes.

The Successful Applicant

* 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong focus on mid-market to luxury hospitality, resort or multifamily projects.

* Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, high-end hotel, resort or multifamily projects.

* In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. (Preferred but not essential)

* Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and cost controls.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

* Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).
