Do you want to use your expertise in homebuilding to help others grow in their craft?We are looking for a leader to develop and execute a comprehensive construction training program.In this role, you will partner with our homebuilding construction leaders to design, implement, and deliver classroom, on-site/field, and virtual training sessions for our Construction Associates. What We're Looking For:•Expert-level knowledge of the construction process, from land development or lot release to construction and closing, with a focus on Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Cycle Time/Efficiency. •Proficiency in building construction methods, materials, building code requirements, quality standards, and homebuilding project management software (preferably BuildPro). •Strong written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams. •Experience in designing, managing, and delivering successful training programs, ideally within a construction environment. •Flexibility to travel frequently (up to 75%), including overnight stays.
