As Director of Contact Center, you will provide positive leadership and strategic direction for Contact Center operations to promote growth and sustain a high level of efficiency and member satisfaction. This includes developing and implementing strategies to optimize overall department performance with a focus on efficiencies, adaptation of technologies, digital engagement and revenue generation. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes continuous learning and professional development, serving as the primary contact to vendors to enhance the functionality of products and software, as well as staying on top of all updates and enhancements to ensure processes remain current and necessary changes are made when needed.

What you will need to be successful:

* 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in a call center and/or the financial services industry

* A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience required

* At least 2 years of lending experience required

* Strong leadership and strategic planning skills

* Ability to gather, assemble, correlate and analyze data and facts to develop solutions

* Demonstrates a high degree of skill in complex problem solving, conflict resolution, and time management with the ability to effectively prioritize workload

* Excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in call center management software, Microsoft Office and online banking software systems

Compensation: $137,800k/year + bonus
