  • Compensation: $130,000.00 to $160,000.00 annually, plus annual bonus plan
  • Work Location: Preferred locations in order are Mandeville or Harahan, LA, followed by Kent, WA (Seattle), and Fort Lauderdale, FL.
  • Relocation: Available upon request.
  • Travel: Up to 50% travel expected
Job SummaryThe Director of Continuous Improvement and Quality is responsible for leading and implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement and ensure the highest level of quality across all aspects of the organization. This role involves developing and managing initiatives, processes, and standards that enhance operational efficiency, optimize performance, and elevate customer satisfaction.   • Define, develop, and implement quality management strategies and structures across the organization.
  • Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality of our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain quality policies, manuals, and procedures ensuring compliance with quality system requirements.
  • Oversee internal and external quality metrics, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to manage supplier quality and performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness throughout the organization.
Specific Duties:
  • Conduct internal audits and manage documentation related to quality systems.
  • Implement and monitor quality inspection processes.
  • Address customer issues and prioritize improvements based on warranty data.
  • Develop and achieve external certifications and recognition.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Several years of experience in quality management and continuous improvement roles, preferably in an industrial service or manufacturing company.
  • Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and change management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
