This role will be responsible for creating and implementing Operational Excellence strategies and processes to achieve targeted results within a high speed manufacturing environment. It will be their goal to identify and develop the organizational approach to build an Operational Excellence mindset and culture needed to achieve and sustain desired improvement. They will drive the implementation and growth of common Opex and Digital Transformational systems across the enterprise.
