Lead efforts to document and redesign workflows to improve quality, effectiveness and control. Project/Change Management - system upgrades, operational and compliance efforts. Oversee functionality, maintenance and integration of SaaS vendor platforms. Maintain accurate client and account data. Optimize reporting standardization, report preparation, analysis and presentation. Fee billing processes, collaborate with Financial Advisors and client service teams to deliver exceptional client support. Risk Management, identify a nd mitigate operational risks through effective controls. Degree, 3-5 years of Financial Services and/or Wealth Management operations support. Strong Excel skills, CRMS, financial software/systems. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
