Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our organization as the Director of Culture and Organizational Effectiveness. With more than 3,500 people and 7 companies, this pivotal role will be responsible to lead our team of business partners and specialists to develop and implement comprehensive strategies to optimize team dynamics, enhance engagement, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in aligning our people strategies with the organizational goals to ensure the overall well-being and satisfaction of our team members.You will partner with the Team Member Resources group to serve as a trusted advisor and consult with leaders in the organization to provide guidance, support, and action.Under the direction of the Vice President of Team Member Resources, this role will have the opportunity to make decisions and influence the success of all the business units.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Business Partners to design and execute a strategic blueprint for team member learning, development, leadership and engagement that is aligned with the people goals and strategy of the organization.
- Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures that align with the organization's operations and culture as well as comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Develop standard metrics and analyzation process to ensure program and policy effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Leads the team that is responsible for addressing and resolving Team Member relations matters and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. Willingness to actively engage and support work processes.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration within the organizations to strengthen team integration and cohesion.
- Collaborate with the Team Member Resources group (i.e. talent management, talent acquisition, learning and development, and operations) to achieve organization goals and objectives.
- Identify and address any barriers to team effectiveness and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
- Champion a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company's values.
- Utilize HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Assists with developing new service offerings and intellectual capital for talent acquisition, development, engagement, and retention efforts.
Qualifications:- A minimum of 10+ years HR Leadership experience with similar responsibilities as outlined above in a position where you have executed systems thinking, program execution and process innovation.
- Proven experience in a thought leadership role with a focus on team strategy, engagement, and related areas.
- Strong understanding of organizational dynamics, employee engagement, and talent development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence at all organizational levels.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
