About the Role

Join us as the Director of Data and Learning, a key position responsible for developing and implementing impactful leadership programs for corps members and alumni. Your primary focus will be on leveraging data and innovative learning strategies to drive ongoing programmatic enhancement. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives related to practitioner learning, continuous improvement, and pilot projects. Responsibilities include designing and executing integrated strategies for data utilization, supporting program practitioners in data-informed decision-making, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement aligned with our strategic goals. We are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of relevant experience and a proven ability to define and evolve project vision, integrate diverse perspectives, and execute comprehensive project plans. You should possess strong relationship-building skills, be adept at influencing stakeholders, and be committed to cultivating a data-centric and learning-oriented environment that promotes program excellence. Key responsibilities encompass leading continuous improvement initiatives, assisting practitioners in data-driven actions, and contributing to data systems, analysis, and strategic planning. Candidates should have exceptional quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, the ability to distill complex information, and a dedication to racial equity. Experience designing effective adult learning experiences and gathering insights from pilot programs is highly preferred.
