They have partnered exclusively with Michael Page to secure their next Director of Development.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Development to join our real estate development business, specializing in affordable housing projects in Washington, DC. Based in our downtown office, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, financing, and implementation of a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from financing consulting to the development and management of multi-family deals.
