Fundraising and External Relations Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-year fundraising strategy and tactics that supports the priorities, vision, and mission of Good Shepherds and broadens individual and corporate donor bases Design and implement an annual fundraising plan for individual donors at all levels, including strategy, tactics and metrics for success Support Executive Team and Board of Directors on all donor management and relations efforts Develop, manage, and maintain an active portfolio of individual donors and prospects Spearhead the development and implementation of an expanded individual giving and major donor program to sustain and grow the existing portfolio of major gifts, developing a strategy to ensure organizational sustainability that includes identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual donors add metrics Create and execute bespoke cultivation and stewardship opportunities for individual and corporate donors Develop comp...Director, Development, Relationship, Officer, Strategy, Salesforce, Business Services
