Job Summary:
The Digital Analytics Director will lead digital analytics and data governance for a leading brand's eCommerce platform, aiming to improve performance and ensure data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a digital analytics strategy for web performance insights.
- Optimize product performance reporting to enhance the consumer journey.
- Establish data governance and ensure integrity across digital platforms.
- Conduct statistical analyses using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and manage data collection with SQL.
- Analyze customer data from Shopify, GA4, and Triple Whale to identify profiles and spending habits.
- Collaborate on advanced analytics initiatives and A/B testing.
- Present data analysis findings to management.
- Serve as an expert on analytics tools and guide best practices in user research.
- Drive data analytics initiatives focused on customer experience.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in data analytics within consumer goods eCommerce.
- Proficient in statistical analysis and BI tools.
- Familiar with Google Analytics, GA4, and tagging tools.
