The role will involve high-profile interactions and relationship-building with ESC leadership and district superintendents.Essential Functions:Program Planning, Strategy, and Plan Management: Partner with District Leadership Supports director and other agency leaders to develop a 3-5 year strategy.Content Development Management: Manage team and vendors in high-quality content development.Professional Development Delivery: Directly deliver and manage team and partners to deliver high-impact professional development.ESC TSL Team Coaching and Performance Management: Manage annual scope and metrics/goals development.Team Management and Supervision: Manage and coach teammates effectively.Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:• Education: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.• Experience: At least five (5) years of experience in managing large, complex projects and developing or implementing project management systems.Other Qualifications:Share the belief that all Texas students can achieve at high levels.Vision and strategy-building skills.Keen eye toward building high-quality content aligned to best practices.Strong coaching and capacity-building skills.Highly organized with strong long-term planning and project management skills.Ability to build relationships and strong rapport with others.Excellent written and oral communication skills.As an equal opportunity employer, we hire without consideration to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, disability, age or veteran status.This position requires the applicant to meet Agency standards and criteria which may include passing a pre-employment criminal background check.No phone calls or emails, please.#J-18808-Ljbffr
