Job Description:

This position will come with 5+ of experience in the Ecommerce field and will require a candidate with a track record growing profitable revenue through an Ecommerce platform. The duties of this position are as follows:

Project and Process Management

  • Lead development of processes, procedures, and systems to foster ecommerce expansion.
  • Lead multiple, simultaneous projects, including functional requirements, implementation, integration, quality assurance, and training.
  • Track progress of all projects, managing scope, deliverables, and budget.
  • Facilitate business growth via implementation of key projects.
  • Ensure tracking metrics interface with sales performance metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with management and technology leaders to define requirements and establish system scope.
  • Interface with multiple functions to ensure timely implementation of system improvements.
  • Lead a small team that could include customer service, business intelligence, content creator, etc.
  • Ensure go-to-market process in place including support for sales enablement materials.
  • Partner with sales support to provide appropriate sales tools and enablement to adopt/promote the online store.

System and Technology Improvement

  • Diagnose system inefficiencies through business intelligence and recommend improvements.
  • Research, evaluate, and lead deployment of new ecommerce technology features.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for technology improvement to optimize efficiency and customer experience.
  • Contribute to deployment of system governance & create best practices.
  • Leverage experience to hold SI accountable to a logical solution as we grow in Ecommerce.

Strategy and Growth

  • Assist in strategy to expand e-commerce internationally.
  • Assist in driving adoption through a marketing and sales strategy.
  • Track, manage, and drive revenue pipeline for ecommerce revenue.
  • Gain operational and technical knowledge of the energy services business and most importantly Weatherford's offerings.
  • Identify new B2B trends and technology to enable future growth.

Customer and Market Insights

  • Reduce canceled orders through strategic deployment of site upgrades.
  • Work with comms team to modify and create compelling product descriptions, images and videos to showcase product features effectively.
  • Assist in driving forecasts for demand planning by understanding where we are losing traction on the site.
  • Develop reporting that provides insights that will improve site performance.
  • Leverage date analytics to understand customer behavior and optimize campaigns for better results.
