Job Summary:
The Ecommerce Director will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for our ecommerce operations. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the online sales channels, including website management, digital marketing, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury fashion ecommerce, a deep understanding of market trends, and a proven track record of driving online revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce strategy that aligns with the brand's overall objectives. Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and innovation within the online sales platform.
- Website Management: Oversee the daily operations of the company's ecommerce website, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and visual appeal. Collaborate with IT and design teams to address technical issues and implement new features.
- Digital Marketing & Sales: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by optimizing the customer journey, improving site navigation, and personalizing interactions. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to address pain points.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the ecommerce team, including roles in marketing, merchandising, and customer service. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor ecommerce performance, track key metrics, and generate reports. Provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and strategic planning.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, technology providers, and digital agencies. Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with the company's goals and standards.

Qualifications:
Experience:
-Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in ecommerce, with at least 3 years in a senior management role. Experience in the luxury fashion sector is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth and managing large-scale ecommerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, PPC, and web analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
