The Role

As the Director of eCommerce, you will lead the unified, yet segmented online strategy for Gerson and Park Hill, driving digital transformation and growth across two distinct but complementary brands. You will manage all aspects of our eCommerce operations, ensuring an elevated customer experience while maximizing revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a dual-brand eCommerce strategy that aligns with business goals for both Gerson and Park Hill.
  • Own P&L accountability for the eCommerce division, working closely with Finance and Marketing to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize site performance, inventory strategies, and customer retention.
  • Oversee the integration of Gerson's book-and-buy model with Park Hill's upscale product offerings.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends to enhance site architecture, user experience, and customer engagement.
  • Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Product Management, IT, and Supply Chain teams to create cohesive campaigns that highlight each brand's unique identity.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing eCommerce team capable of navigating a complex, multi-brand environment.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills:

  • 10+ years in eCommerce, with at least 6 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success managing eCommerce for multi-brand or diversified product portfolios.
  • Experience working in variety of eCommerce sales channels including but not limited to Marketplace platforms, 3rd party dropship fulfillment, owned website, etc.
  • Expertise in marketing and ROI models such as MMM and MROI.
  • A passion for product data integrity, visual, and written product marketing excellence
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a track record of translating data into actionable insights.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Availability for occasional night/weekend work to oversee critical projects.
