The ideal candidate should have prior experience in lean manufacturing, food manufacturing, and dairy manufacturing, with a passion for problem-solving and creating innovative solutions.What You Will Be DoingAs a Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the engineering team in developing innovative products and solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the engineering process, designing prototypes, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
