Job Description The Director of Enrollment is responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to attract and enroll qualified students at Los Angeles Pacific University. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the online asynchronous learning landscape. The Director of Enrollment is expected to be able to motivate and inspire a team toward achieving goals in a competitive environment and in a manner that represents LAPU's Christ-centered mission.An ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-oriented leader with strategic vision, outstanding communication and collaboration skills; marketing and sales knowledge; excellent people and project management skills; This leader will partner with key stakeholders to implement innovative ways to attract prospective online students by exploring new technologies, processes, partnerships, or marketing channels. Compensation: $113,453 - $141,816 - Paygrade 18 (exempt) Classification: This position is classified as Remote On Call . Sporadic travel to the San Dimas, CA office as business needs demand. Applicant will need to live within a 150 mile radius to San Dimas office. Required Experience / Education

  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools
  • Experience managing remote teams.
Desired Experience / Education
  • Master's degree in student affairs, higher education administration, marketing, organizational leadership or related area of study.
  • Seven years of significant leadership experience in student enrollment/admissions or sales-driven call center.
  • Experience in an online learning environment, online learning platforms and technologies.
Essential Functions
  • Enrollment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive enrollment strategies for eight terms per academic year that are aligned with the LAPU's mission and goals.
  • Marketing and Recruitment: Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Communications to support recruitment efforts, including digital advertising, social media, email campaigns, and public relations.Co-manage e-marketing vendor to support organic and non-organic growth: responsible for lead generation, SEO, and SEM activities.
  • Admissions Processes: Streamline admissions processes and application management, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for prospective students.
  • Student Recruitment: Lead a team of enrollment managers and counselors to identify and recruit qualified students achieving set goals each enrollment cycle. (eight starts per year)
  • Data Analysis: Analyze enrollment data to identify trends, measure effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the enrollment department's budget.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of enrollment professionals. Provide active leadership and build high-performing teams through best practices and investing in training and development. Manages high-energy and performance-driven enrollment operations, ensuring exemplary professionalism and excellent student service.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other university departments, such as academic affairs, student success, financial aid, and student accounts, and registrar to ensure a seamless student experience.
  • Innovation: Seek innovative ways to attract prospective students seeking online education, such as exploring new technologies, partnerships, or marketing channels. Recommend, implement, leverage, and effectively utilize technology to continuously enhance and advance the enrollment process.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all relevant federal and state laws e.g. Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Title IV, Department of Education regulations, etc.
  • Required to work a Saturday commencement event each calendar year
  • Carrying out other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Vice President/CSEO
