The Director provides strategic leadership and manages enrollment and advising services, ensuring student support throughout their academic journey. This role focuses on improving enrollment, retention, completion rates, and aligning services with institutional goals. The Director oversees enrollment/advising staff, develops/implements student success programs, and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations.
