Yoh is seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications to oversee the delivery of all essential business applications, DevSecOps, and data services that support business operations and services throughout the enterprise. This individual will bring extensive experience, expertise, and a forward-looking vision to transform the IT function, including its strategy, operating model, products, services, and workforce. This role also plays a critical part in managing relationships with external application and development partners. As a key member of the senior IT leadership team, the Director contributes to the creation and execution of the organization's IT strategy, ensuring that the technology direction is fully aligned to drive significant business value. - Partners with business stakeholders to strategically select and implement applications, software, and services that drive the success of both business and IT initiatives.
- Introduces innovative operational capabilities that strengthen competitive advantages and boost employee productivity.
- Ensures efficient department operations by developing new solutions or enhancing existing applications to address business needs.
- Collaborates with the senior IT leadership team on managing the service portfolio and governance, including resource prioritization and budgeting.
- Works with key stakeholders to assess and prioritize new application solutions, measuring their ROI and ROO.
- Cultivates strong relationships with key IT and business stakeholders by gaining a deep understanding of business requirements, serving as a trusted advisor, and ensuring the cost-effective delivery of technology solutions.
- Works with IT Security Operations to ensure technology aligns with and supports the security strategy.
- Manages a formal governance structure to establish and monitor controls for IT processes and functions, supporting audits, compliance reviews, and risk-related assessments as necessary.
- Promotes the adoption of service improvements through a structured continuous improvement approach, measuring impact and sharing results.
- Contributes to IT planning and policy committees, driving the creation and implementation of enterprise technology standards, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.
- Regularly assesses the business value of technology solutions, utilizing metrics like Key Performance Indicators, Outcome-Driven Metrics, and Objectives and Key Results.
- Collaborates with fellow IT leaders to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and insights across teams.
Requirements:

- Manages budgeting and financial planning processes effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of current and emerging application architectures and practices, and how they are being used across different industries.
- Utilizes technology to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Drives the establishment and improvement of DevOps practices and other methodologies like ITIL.
- Develops governance frameworks to monitor and improve service quality, ensuring continuous service enhancement.
- Experience in the Casino and/or Gaming industry preferred.
