Zocdoc's most important asset is our people. As a Director of Enterprise Marketing, you'll play a meaningful role in growing our provider base, giving patients access to more care options across the Zocdoc platform. Your mission is to grow revenue by developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies that attract, engage, and convert high-value enterprise prospects and help turn them into loyal customers. This is a critical role for building supply in our two sided marketplace.

Your day to day is

* Overseeing execution and measurement of demand generation, acquisition, pipeline acceleration, and retention strategies across a range of programs and tactics (e.g., digital, events, ABM, content marketing, website)

* Collaborating with sales, operations, product marketing, content, analytics and finance to drive a cohesive go-to-market growth strategy across every customer journey stage

* Leading critical work in building out customer and buying committee personas to best tailor marketing approaches

* In collaboration with the broader marketing teams, building out critical content strategies that power demand generation programs

* Directing a marketing automation strategy, leverage our CRM to establish prospect scoring and sales handoff processes

* Establishing KPIs for each program and strategy. Creating cadences and feedback loops that report on them and drive efforts to optimize and expand them

* Hiring and managing a team of highly competent b2b marketers to manage and execute programs and strategies

* Championing provider marketing strategies and objectives to ensure mission is clear and embraced by teams across the org

You'll be successful in this role if you have

* 10+ Years of B2B Demand Generation experience with 5+ years of leading and managing marketing teams

* Extensive experience in successful enterprise marketing organizations

* Deep familiarity with running programs with complex marketing automation and lead scoring systems

* Fluency in a wide range B2B marketing programs (ABM, Content, CRM, Events, Digital)

* A track record of using data to drive decisions and optimize strategies

* Demonstrated capacity to work closely with sales, product, operations and marketing stakeholders

* In-depth understanding of enterprise market and experience with long and complex sales cycles

* A proven track record managing multi-million dollar marketing programs

* Demonstrated you are a strong manager who drives teams to give their best work

* Strong forecasting and scenario planning capabilities

* Humility. You believe in treating all people with dignity and respect, regardless of title or tenure
