Job Description:
The Director of Enterprise at Service Express is a pivotal executive leadership role responsible for driving growth in the Enterprise customer segment across North America, with a collaborative focus on global expansion. This strategic, hands-on leader will oversee a team dedicated to acquiring and expanding relationships with major enterprises, including Fortune 1000, Global 2000, and cloud and data center outsourcing companies. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets in the enterprise segment, leading a team of skilled Enterprise Account Executives, and collaborating with both internal & external partners. You will play an active role in customer engagements, strategy development, and deal closings. Here's what this position is all about:Own and exceed new business sales targets for the Enterprise team. Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives. Set and execute strategic account plans to drive growth. Coach and support team members, focusing on performance and career development. Actively engage in customer interactions along with the entire deal cycle. Develop and maintain accurate pipeline management.Develop comprehensive business and account plans. Build strong relationships with supporting teams such as marketing, sales support, services, customer success and operations. Seek, attract, and onboard top talentTravel as required to meet with clients, partners, and internal teams.What we are hoping you can bring to the Service Express team:Deep understanding of channel strategies for large enterprise account acquisition and growth.Demonstrated ability to lead an IT industry sales teams with insight into senior IT leaders' priorities.Extensive experience in managing global accounts.Strong strategic and analytical abilities; proficient in using data to drive decisions and actions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective internal and external leadership interactions.
