Director of Environmental Services position is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping and laundry services to ensure facility standards. Staff in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines; under the direction of the Regional Manager.

Director of Environmental Services Key Duties:

• Conducts environmental facility rounds, ensures full compliance with standards of cleanliness.
• Supervise staff, including training and performance evaluations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain cleanliness and infection control standards.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.

Director of Environmental Services Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Prior skilled long-term care or hospital experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years environmental services or housekeeping and laundry experience.
• Knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulations and the survey process.
