Director of Facilities and GroundsHopewell Area School District is seeking a Director of Facilities and Grounds who can establish and maintain preventative maintenance and safety programs through the district. This is a full-time, 12-month position. This position is responsible for:*Management of building repairs, new construction projects, and facility upgrades.*Operations for five district buildings.*Supervision of maintenance, grounds, and custodial staff.*Understanding and implementation of collective bargaining agreements.*Developing and maintaining budgets.*Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and District policies.Qualifications include 5+ years of experience in facilities management, proven leadership and supervisory skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team.
